This ensures that raw materials are available for production as required. The module records the production process with, for example, planned and actual budgets.<\/p><p>It records the movement of goods when raw material is converted into a semi-finished product.<\/p><p>This module plays an essential role in the supply chain of any manufacturer and is primarily designed for production managers or other people who deal with manufacturing and scheduling and are responsible for optimising production costs.<\/p><p>The SAP PP module has 3 main components :<\/p><ul><li>Industrie de transformation (SAP-PP-PI)<\/li><li>Discrete Manufacturing (SAP-PP)<\/li><li>Repetitive manufacturing<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-6fd7586 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"6fd7586\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-large\">Processing industry<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-20975b9 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"20975b9\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Process Industry is used for the production of products that cannot be disassembled. Here, a machine called a workcenter in SAP is usually used for the production of a single product. The PP-PI solution is mainly used in industrial processes that use the concept of batch management to differentiate between the items produced. The pharmaceutical, food and chemical industries in particular use this solution.
