Based on a Cloud technology, the “Smart Repository” allows you to navigate freely between reports, Datamarts, views and SAP tables.
Begin a search on a report, KPI , SAP table, SAP transaction and it will return all the contents linked within the RapidViews!
An example to better understand:
- You want to know what is available within the RapidViews around the “assets” concept.
- Log on to the smart repository ; enter the keyword “asset” and start your search; the smart repository displays all the reports, datamarts, fact and dimensions views, SAP tables related to this word; select one of these components to access more detailed information.
- You want to perform a more precise search? For example, refine your search criteria to only get the items related to the “Finance” module; browse the different reports or datamarts and check if all the objects that you need are available.
